Shipping policy

We currently ship in the USA. Orders ship from our Unshattered Boutique in Wappinger Falls, NY. For in-stock items, we typically ship within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 3 p.m., Saturday, and Sunday are processed and shipped the following week. During high volume periods, the processing time may increase. Shipping times depend on your location. We cannot guarantee delivery times due to carrier delays, inclement weather, customs, and other factors outside of our control. Unshattered Inc. is not responsible if a package gets delayed or lost due to a shipping carrier error. 

Custom orders take 2-6 weeks to create and deliver because they are handcrafted and made to order.

International Shipping
We do not currently ship internationally.

If you have a USPS package marked as delivered but haven't received it, please contact your local mail facility.
