We ship via USPS priority mail. All ship times are provided by USPS and may vary from their original estimate. 

Items marked as “delivered” by USPS are the responsibility of the purchaser/USPS. Please contact USPS for issues concerning delivery. Tracking numbers will be provided at the time of shipment.

Please note that because each item is unique, products lost in transit can not be replaced with an exact item. In the event a bag is not delivered to your address, we will do our best to replace it with a similar item.
