We hope you are enjoying your purchase, but if there is a problem or you’re not satisfied we are happy to repair or exchange the items purchased with a request to us within 48 hours of the delivery of your bag. For an exchange, we must receive the item within 30 days of original delivery. No items can be exchanged after 30 days. Customers are liable for shipping costs both ways on exchange and a 15% restocking fee will be applied as each bag is unique.
