We hope you are enjoying your purchase, but if there is a problem or you’re not satisfied we are happy to repair or exchange the items purchased with a date receipt in accordance with the policies below:
We work our hardest to deliver a quality product and we stand behind the quality of our bags! We will repair any manufacturing defects found within two months of the purchase date when a receipt is provided. It will take approximately 3-4 weeks for us to process your repair. In the event a bag can not be fixed we will replace it with an item of equal value. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your dated receipt as well as a description and photos of the issue.
Not quite in love with what you chose? Make an exchange request to us at email@example.com with within 48 hours of purchasing your bag (or receiving your bag for online orders). For an exchange, we must receive the item back within 30 days of original receipt. No items can be exchanged after 30 days. Customers are liable for shipping costs both ways on exchange and a 15% restocking fee will be applied as each bag is unique.
ALL SALE ITEMS purchased are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged. All international sales are final.
