We hope you are enjoying your purchase, but if there is a problem or you’re not satisfied we are happy to repair or exchange the items purchased with a date receipt in accordance with the policies below:

We work our hardest to deliver a quality product and we stand behind the quality of our bags! We will repair any manufacturing defects found within two months of the purchase date when a receipt is provided. It will take approximately 3-4 weeks for us to process your repair.  In the event a bag can not be fixed we will replace it with an item of equal value. Contact us at info@unshattered.org and include your dated receipt as well as a description and photos of the issue.
