Shipping Policy

We currently ship in the USA and to Canada. Orders ship from our Unshattered Boutique in Hopewell Junction, NY as soon as possible - typically no longer than 3 business days from when the order is processed. Orders placed on Friday after 3 p.m., Saturday, and Sunday are processed and shipped the following week. During high volume periods, the processing time may increase. Shipping times depend on your location. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 1-3 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping will take longer. We cannot guarantee delivery times due to carrier delays, inclement weather, customs, and other factors outside of our control. Unshattered Inc. is not responsible if a package gets delayed or lost due to a USPS error.

Custom orders take 2-6 weeks to create and deliver because they are handcrafted and made to order. 

International Shipping

We currently only provide international shipping to Canada.

Customs

You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.

Unshattered Inc. is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of Unshattered Inc. to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.

For example, Canadian residents might expect a customs charge of at least 15% of the total cost of the purchase. Unshattered Inc. is not responsible for this payment. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pickup and payment is complete.

If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping.

If it is a custom piece and it is returned to us, you should contact us immediately to arrange reshipping as custom orders are final sale and we cannot refund you for the purchase.

Should Unshattered mistakenly be invoiced directly for any duties or fees from the shipping company after delivery, we will email an invoice for the balance due. This will need to be paid immediately.

As with domestic shipping, if a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, Unshattered is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.

In summary; Unshattered is not responsible for any customs duties or fees assessed to your order. By purchasing an Unshattered product, you acknowledge that you are aware of this and accept it as your financial responsibility.

Tracking

If you have a USPS package marked as delivered but haven't received it, please contact your local mail facility.
