Every bag is designed and handcrafted by a woman who is winning her fight against addiction. 100% revenue provides job skills training and employment for women to pave the road between sobriety and long term success.
Our sustainable, premium bags are made out of repurposed materials. Each product is a tangible representation of the life story of its artist - something discarded and without purpose remade into something beautiful, purposeful, and meaningful.
As a 501c3 Nonprofit Social Enterprise, we spend 100% of our revenue on achieving our mission. Our business counts on partners like to you introduce our products to a broader audience. By choosing to feature Unshattered in your shop, you are helping women move from a background of addiction, prostitution, and trafficking to one as entrepreneurs, artists, and business women.

Wholesale Agreement and Terms of Sale
Your submission of the Wholesale Application indicates that you agree to the terms of the following Wholesale Agreement:
A minimum $500 order is required to establish a retail account. Place orders and quantities desired using our Wholesale Line Sheet. Our online inventory is separate from our wholesale capacity since so many items are one-of-a-kind.
Unshattered offers three Wholesale Account tiers based on purchase total. To maintain your Wholesale Level, subsequent orders must match the minimum order for that level. Wholesale Levels may be increased by placing a minimum order at the size required for the desired level.

MSRP
Products or goods purchased from Unshattered each have a manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). Wholesale Accounts may only sell below the MSRP for special events, intermittent sales, or with coupons or other infrequent customer offers. Wholesale Accounts may not make an adjustment below the price for standard/ongoing offering.
Retailers may increase the standard price up to 20% above MSRP with prior written permission.
Web Commerce
No products or goods purchased from or produced by Unshattered shall be resold by or through any online auction or online store (such as Ebay, Amazon, Etsy or other similar sites). If Wholesale Account is planning to sell products produced by Unshattered in an online marketplace/store, it must be wholly owned by the entity applying for a Wholesale Account and listed on the Wholesale Application to be approved by Unshattered.
Product Images
Unshattered will make available images and logos that you may require to promote our brand for your print and online presence. Images of the actual product for the Wholesale Account’s e-commerce site must be created by the Wholesale Account. Should you require any additional images, please contact us.
Reselling to Wholesale Accounts or Retailers
Unshattered goods and products may not be sold or otherwise provided for resale to any other entity.
Payment Methods
Wholesale orders will not be manufactured or shipped until full payment is received. We accept payment via credit card, ACH transfer, or via check to Unshattered, Inc. Transfers and checks must be cleared prior to product shipment. A 3.5% transaction fee will be included for payments made by credit card.
Shipping and Handling
We use USPS, FedEx, or UPS Ground shipping based on affordability unless you specify/request a quicker mode of shipping. On all orders, we include the cost of packaging materials and handling fees in your shipping total. The wholesaler is responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping/Handling will be billed at 5% of the MSRP total. If the Wholesale Account uses an existing shipping account or other delivery, handling costs of 2% of the MSRP will be added.
Shipping Errors, Returns, and Warranty
Order errors must be brought to Unshattered’s attention within 3 business days of receipt of shipment. We endeavor to protect your reputation, and ours by providing quality products. If you or your customer finds an issue related to manufacturing defects during the first 90 days, we will work with you to find a resolution.
Merchantability and Misrepresentations
Wholesale Account agrees that Unshattered, Inc. makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the merchantability of Unshattered products. Wholesale Account also agrees that Unshattered is not liable for any misuse or misrepresentations of the goods by the Wholesale Account.
Storage of Retail
Wholesale Account agrees to store products inside in a clean, dry, smoke-free location.
Sales and Tax
Wholesale Account agrees that it is the sole responsibility of Wholesale Account to collect, report and remit all taxes to the correct tax authority for all business transactions, sales or revenue stemming from the sales of the Unshattered’s products. Wholesale Account further agrees that Unshattered is not obligated to determine whether a sales tax applies and is not responsible to collect, report or remit any tax information arising from any transaction involving the products provided.
Confidentiality
Wholesale prices and price lists of Unshattered’s products is confidential and for the use of the Wholesale Account only. Publishing or revealing the wholesale pricing of Unshattered’s product line outside of the business of the Wholesale Account is strictly forbidden without prior written consent. Failure to preserve the confidentiality in wholesale pricing will result in the immediate and permanent termination of wholesale status of the Wholesale Account. Unshattered reserves the right to seek compensation for any loss or damages that would result from any breach of confidentiality.
Marketing
The Wholesale Account is authorized to display and sell Unshattered products and related marketing materials provided by Unshattered throughout the term of this agreement. Wholesale Account may also use marketing materials featuring Unshattered trademarks, designs, and/or logos created by Unshattered for marketing and promotional materials related to the sale of Unshattered products. Unshattered’s trademarks, designs, logos, or copyrights shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Unshattered. None of the content of existing marketing, hangtags or included materials may be covered (by stickers, etc.) except for the included MSRP. Upon request the MSRP may be left blank.
Unshattered’s story and marketing material must be promoted alongside the products. Shelf cards, promos, business cards, etc. will be provided by Unshattered. Additional materials can be provided upon request. Materials will be provided with the first order, and will be provided upon request on all reorders.
Barcode/UPC
Unshattered does not currently provide inventory management through UPC or Barcode markings.
